Gifts for Mom
Gifts for mom that outlast a bouquet — peonies and roses sculpted petal by petal from beeswax, a magnolia bonsai in glass, and jewelry with real flowers and pearls.
Gifts for mom that outlast a bouquet
Flowers fade in a week; a beeswax peony or rose shaped petal by petal stays on her shelf for years. Many of our candles are bought as gifts — for birthdays, Mother's Day and Christmas.
If she'd rather wear it, choose earrings with real hydrangea petals preserved in resin, or a necklace or set with pearls and rose quartz. For something small, wax sachets with dried flowers scent a closet or drawer without a flame.
Questions
- Are the candles really meant to be burned?
- Yes — every candle has a cotton wick and burns like a normal candle. Many customers keep the sculpted ones as decor and light them only for special moments, since the flame slowly melts the petals.
- How long do they burn?
- It depends on the piece: a mini strawberry burns about 20–25 minutes, a peony or dahlia about 2 hours, jar candles 5+ hours and geode candles 7–10+ hours. Each product page lists its own burn time where we know it.
- Are they scented?
- Most sculpted candles are unscented by default, so nothing competes with food or flowers on the table. A custom scent or color is usually possible — send us a note before ordering.
- How long does it take to arrive?
- Everything is made to order and ships within 2–5 business days, then travels by USPS or UPS. Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.
