Processing Time
Every piece is made to order or hand-finished in small batches. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
Shipping
- We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States.
- Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) is free on orders of $50 or more within the United States, and faster options (USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air) cost only the difference. On orders under $50, standard shipping is a flat $8.99, and faster options cost $8.99 plus the difference.
- Delivery estimates for each option are shown at checkout and start once your order ships.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships — you can also track it under My Account → Orders.
Returns
- Candles: every candle is handmade to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges on candles.
- Jewelry: unworn jewelry can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return and we'll send you a return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Custom or personalized pieces are final sale.
Problems With Your Order
If something isn't right — your order arrived damaged, broken, or isn't what you ordered — email us at hello@ecocandlelab.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. If we need the item back, return shipping is on us.
