Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, including your account and any data we received when you signed in with Google or Apple.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email hello@ecocandlelab.com from the email address associated with your account or order, with the subject "Delete my data".
2. We'll confirm your request and delete your account and personal information within 30 days.
3. We'll email you once the deletion is complete.

What We Keep

We may keep limited order records (such as items purchased, amounts and dates) where we are required to for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes. These records are not used for marketing.

Advertising Data

Information sent to Meta through the Meta Pixel or Conversions API is also held by Meta under its own data policy. You can manage or clear it in your Facebook or Instagram settings under Your activity off Meta technologies.
